Biiggle

Business Suite

Everything a business runs on, in one system — the till, stock, the daily close, your own online shop, payments, payroll and reports. And a free listing on the Biiggle directory, nearest first.

Everything it does

Not modules you buy separately. One system, where the sale that leaves the shelf is the same event that moves the stock, the cash, the bonus and the report.

🧾 The till

Sell from a phone, a tablet or a laptop. No terminal to buy.

  • Tap a product, tap send. The grid shows what is actually on the shelf and refuses to sell what is not.
  • One cart can hold a walk-in, a phone order and a delivery, each priced its own way.
  • Split a bill, join two bills, return a line, or modify a sale that was already confirmed — every one of them puts the stock back where it came from.
  • Coupons, instant discounts and customer cashback are worked out as you go, not argued about afterwards.
  • Receipts print, or go out by WhatsApp or email, with your own logo on them.

📦 Stock that counts itself

Every sale moves the shelf. Nobody re-keys anything.

  • Shop floor and warehouse are counted separately, so "we have none out front" and "we have none at all" are different answers.
  • Variants — sizes, colours, packs — each carry their own count and their own price.
  • Low-stock alerts, reorder lists and a batch count for the whole store.
  • Damaged and bad stock is written off deliberately, with a reason and a name against it.
  • Full product history: what came in, what went out, who moved it, and when.

🏦 Money that reconciles

Cash and card are two separate figures, and the day has to close.

  • Every seller declares what they took. The counter settles only what has been declared.
  • The daily close puts cash, POS, transfers and expenses side by side and shows the difference before anyone goes home.
  • A trading day ends when you close it, not at midnight — so the night shift belongs to the right day.
  • Expenses, petty cash and the float are recorded against a person, not an anonymous line.
  • Shortages are attributed. The manager carries a share, which is the only version anybody takes seriously.

🛍️ Your own online shop

A storefront on your own address, built from the same stock.

  • Customers browse what is genuinely in stock — the same numbers the till uses.
  • Orders arrive on the dashboard with a sound, and stay there until somebody takes them.
  • Every product has a shareable link and its own QR code for a table, a flyer or a status update.
  • Works on a phone, installs like an app, and survives a bad network.
  • Your colours, your banner, your logo. Nothing on it says our name.
  • Listed free on the Biiggle directory, nearest first, for the people around you.

💳 Getting paid

Card and transfer, straight into your own bank account.

  • Paystack, Nomba, OPay and Moniepoint. Your keys, your account — we never hold your takings.
  • A payment is only ever confirmed by asking the bank, never by a browser saying it worked.
  • A webhook that arrives three times pays one invoice. A payment made while the network died is still found and matched.
  • Customers can pay from their cashback balance or on account, with the credit limit you set.

👥 Staff, roles and payroll

Twelve dashboards. Everybody sees their own job and nothing else.

  • Cashier, sales rep, storekeeper, supervisor, manager, auditor, online rep, partner — each with a screen built for that job.
  • A cashier never sees the day's takings. An auditor never edits. Nobody edits their own record.
  • Bonuses are a share of profit, raised by level, and they wait until the money has actually arrived.
  • Payroll pays real salaries to real bank accounts, in one batch, and will not run over an open one.
  • Staff debts, queries and advances come off the right payslip automatically.

🤝 Wholesale and partners

Sell to other businesses without keeping a separate book.

  • Each partner has a wallet, a balance and their own portal to order from.
  • Partner pricing follows a rule you set, not a negotiation every time.
  • Credit is confirmed when it is logged; reversals need consent, all or nothing.
  • Referral commissions are tracked and paid out through the same payroll.

📈 Knowing where you stand

The numbers a bank manager would ask for, on one screen.

  • Sales by seller, by branch, by department, by day, by period.
  • Profit and loss with cost prices, so a busy month and a good month can be told apart.
  • Best sellers, dead stock, and what to reorder before it runs out.
  • A full audit trail: who changed what, when, and what it was before.
  • Export anything to PDF or a spreadsheet, whenever you like.

What it actually saves you

The honest version: most of the value is not in doing new things. It is in stopping the small, constant losses that nobody has time to chase.

Stock that walks

A shop that does not count stock on every sale loses somewhere between 2% and 5% of goods a year to error and theft. On ₦2,000,000 of monthly turnover that is ₦40,000–₦100,000 a month — usually more than the subscription.

A till that balances

Cash that does not match is normally found weeks later, when nobody can remember the day. Declaring per seller and closing daily turns a mystery into a conversation the same evening.

Staff time

Writing sales into a book, then into a spreadsheet, then adding it up, costs a person an hour or two a day. That hour is the cheapest thing on this page to get back.

Orders you were not taking

An online page customers can order from, and pay on, sells outside opening hours and outside walking distance. For most shops it is the first month the subscription pays for itself.

Decisions with numbers under them

Knowing which product actually makes money — after cost, discount and bonus — changes what you buy next. That is the part that compounds.

A shop turning over ₦2,000,000 a month that recovers even 2% of leaking stock is ₦40,000 a month better off — before counting the hours saved or the orders taken online. That is the arithmetic; your numbers are your own.

User guide — how to run it

Set-up takes an afternoon. After that it is a rhythm: a few things daily, a few weekly, a few monthly. This is all of it.

Day one — make it yours

  1. Settings › Business: your name, address, phone and logo. These go on every receipt and on your shop page.
  2. Settings › Bank: the account customers pay into.
  3. Settings › Payments: paste your own gateway keys if you want card and transfer.
  4. Add your departments and branches before you add anything else — stock and staff both hang off them.

Day one — put the shelf in

  1. Products › Add stock, one at a time, or use the batch upload for a long list.
  2. Give every product a cost price as well as a selling price. Without cost, profit is a guess.
  3. Set the reorder level while you are there. It is what makes the low-stock alert useful later.
  4. Photograph what you sell. The grid and the online shop both get faster to use.

Day one — the people

  1. Staff › Add: name, role, branch, department, salary and bank details.
  2. Give each person the smallest role that lets them do their job. Roles can be raised in a minute.
  3. Every person gets their own sign-in. Shared logins make the audit trail worthless.

Every day

  1. Sell. The till does the counting.
  2. Approve the requests your reps send from the shop floor.
  3. At the end of the shift, each seller declares what they took.
  4. Close the day. Look at the difference line before anybody leaves.

Every week

  1. Check the reorder list and buy against it.
  2. Look at the rep list: who is holding stock, and who owes.
  3. Clear damaged and bad stock deliberately, with a reason.

Every month

  1. Run the profit and loss and compare it with last month.
  2. Run payroll. Debts and advances come off automatically.
  3. Run a stock audit against the shelf and settle the difference.
  4. Download the backup and keep it somewhere that is not this server.

Who sees what

Give everybody the smallest role that lets them do their job. You can raise it in a minute; you cannot un-see a salary.

RoleWhat they get
AdminEverything, including settings, payroll and the figures nobody else should see.
ManagerThe whole shop floor, staff, stock and reports — but not the platform settings, and they carry a share of any shortage.
SupervisorApproves sales and stock requests for their department, and sees their team's figures.
CashierTakes money and closes the till. Deliberately never sees the day's total takings.
Sales repSells from the stock in their own hands, requests more, and declares what they took.
StorekeeperThe warehouse: what comes in, what goes out to whom, and what is damaged.
Online repOnly the orders that came from the shop page, and the customers attached to them.
AuditorReads everything. Changes nothing. The point of the role.
PartnerTheir own portal: their wallet, their prices, their orders. Never your stock figures.

Questions people actually ask

The ones that decide it, answered plainly.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in a browser on whatever you already own — a phone, a tablet, an old laptop. The shop page installs like an app if your customers want it to.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted while you are late. The system goes read-only for seven days — you can still sign in, read everything and export it — then closes. Everything is kept for a month after that, and we back it up before anything is removed.

Can I change plan later?

Any time, in both directions. What you have already paid for is never lost: renewing or moving up adds to the days you have left.

Who can see my business?

Only the people you give sign-ins to. Every business on the platform has its own separate database — not a shared table with a column for whose row it is.

Is my money ever in your hands?

No. You put your own payment gateway keys in, and your customers' money goes straight to your own bank account. We take the subscription and nothing else.

What if the internet goes down?

The till keeps what you have typed and sends it when the connection comes back. Receipts print either way.

What is the blue tick, and can I buy one?

It means a person here read a government identity document and a proof of address and matched them to the listing. Nothing more — it is not a rating of the work. You cannot buy it, and nor can anyone else: the moment a tick can be bought it stops telling a reader anything, and then it is worth nothing to the businesses that have one. Apply from your own dashboard. It is free, we never show your documents to anybody, and your identity number is destroyed the moment we decide.

I am a plumber, not a shop. Is this for me?

Yes, and it costs nothing. Artisans and drivers get a page of their own on the directory — your trades, photographs of work you have finished, your phone number and a WhatsApp button — shown to the people nearest you. There is no subscription, no till and no website to manage; the page IS the product. You tell us how far you are willing to travel and we never show you to somebody further away than that. Join at /platform/join.php.

Why do you want my location when I sign up?

So that people near you can find you. The front page lists the businesses closest to whoever is reading it, and the only way to know where your shop is is to take the reading while you are standing in it — a typed address can be anywhere. We ask once, at sign-up. We do not follow you afterwards, and your position is never shown to anyone: readers see your area and how far away you are, nothing more.

Is my business listed on the directory?

Yes, free, from the day you open. Biiggle lists every open business to the people nearest it. An advert lifts you higher, gives you the bigger card with your own picture, and puts you on the Featured strip at the top.

Does paying for an advert put me above everyone?

Above everyone nearby, not above everyone. Each advert tier buys a head start measured in kilometres — a business on a tier worth 15 km is ranked as though it stood 15 km closer than it does. So an advert lifts you past the other shops in your town, and it will not put you at the top of a page being read four hundred kilometres away. That is deliberate: a directory that sold its way out of being local would stop being worth reading, and then the advert would be worth nothing either.

Seven days, everything switched on.

No card, no commitment. If it is not paying for itself by the end, walk away.
