Refund policy
Updated 4 October 2026
Two kinds of payment are made on Biiggle, and they are refunded differently.
What you buy from a business
- Goods, food and services are sold by the business, not by Biiggle. Your money goes straight to that business's own payment account.
- A refund, a return or an exchange is decided and paid by that business, under its own rules and the law.
- To reach it: its phone, email and address are at the foot of its shop page, and on its receipt.
- Biiggle does not hold that money and cannot refund it. If a business will not answer you, tell us: Info@biiggle.com.
- Work agreed with an artisan or a driver is paid to them directly. Biiggle takes no part in that payment.
What is paid to Biiggle
A business can pay Biiggle for a plan or an advert. An artisan or a driver can pay for an artisan plan. This is what the system does today when one is stopped early:
- A plan is paid in advance for a set time and runs to the end of it. The system has no control that stops a plan early. Paying again before it ends adds the new time after the old.
- An advert or an artisan plan runs to its end date. Pausing it takes it off the page, and its days keep counting. Paying again before it ends adds the new time after the old.
- If we suspend a business, or switch off an advert or an artisan plan, its days keep counting.
- Deleting the account ends them.
- None of this returns money by itself: the system makes no automatic refund.
If you were charged twice, or charged and did not get what you paid for, write to Info@biiggle.com with the payment reference. We will check it against the payment company's record.
